The Mission

You will be the trusted partner who ensures that our indirect procurement landscape is controlled, compliant, cost-efficient, and future-ready. From negotiating with cleaning suppliers to optimizing our lease-car agreements and managing facility contracts, your work will directly influence operational stability and financial performance across the region.

What You Will Drive

• Indirect Spend Mastery:
• Own and optimize spend categories such as cleaning services, lease cars, facility management, office supplies, and corporate contracts.
• Supplier Performance & Partnership:
• Build strong relationships with trusted suppliers while ensuring service excellence, risk mitigation, and cost optimization.
• Governance & Compliance Leadership:
• Ensure contracts, processes, and suppliers follow Yokogawa’s internal guidelines, legal frameworks, and ethical procurement standards.
• Stakeholder Management Across Borders:
• Support internal stakeholders in multiple countries with clarity, partnership, and a customer-focused mindset.
• International Collaboration:
• Work closely with regional procurement, finance teams, and global procurement counterparts to harmonize standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Data-Based Decision Making:
• Monitor KPIs, analyze spend, and identify opportunities to streamline and improve procurement outcomes.

Who You Are

• A procurement professional with experience in indirect spend (cleaning, lease cars, facilities, or similar categories).
• Someone who thrives in a governance-driven , policy-aligned environment.
• A diplomat with strong stakeholder management skills who can balance needs, negotiate effectively, and communicate clearly.
• Curious, structured, ethical, and driven to add value through smarter buying and better processes.
• Comfortable navigating international environments and collaborating across multiple countries.

Languages

• Strong proficiency in English (must have).
• Preferably Romanian or Italian for regional supplier and stakeholder interactions.

What You Bring

• Experience in procurement within an international or regional organization (direct or indirect procurement; indirect preferred).
• Familiarity with contract management, tendering processes, supplier governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong data literacy — able to interpret spend figures, supplier performance metrics, and sourcing trends.
• A blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
