Sr. Analytical Scientist

For one of the biggest key players in the Biotech industry, dedicating their mission in the cancer treatment, NES Fircroft is looking for a Sr. Scientist will help provide Quality Control oversight of commercial manufacturing of final drug product. You will be working on introduction of new bioanalytical methods and related instruments for cell therapy products tests, life cycle management and troubleshooting of current QC analytical test methods and enhancing GMP data integration.

Length : 12 months contract

Salary : 76.000 EUR/year

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new analytical methods and technology introductions with global teams and act as the NL QC liaison.
• Lead implementation and tech transfer of new and existing analytical methods.
• Author, review, and update method validation/qualification documents and related QC documentation.
• Support and execute analytical method validation and automation projects.
• Troubleshoot analytical assays and implement CAPAs.
• Ensure GMP compliance and support updates to controlled documents and procedures.
• Lead OOS investigations and manage deviations linked to analytical methods.
• Monitor, trend, and report analytical and stability data; contribute to continuous improvement.
• Interface with contract manufacturers to resolve QC analytical issues.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Chemistry or Biology with 8+ years of analytical industry experience, or a PhD with 5+ years of experience.
• Expertise in analytical techniques such as Flow Cytometry, ELISAs, PCR, cell-based assays, and biopharmaceutical testing.
• Working knowledge of cGMP and GLP.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and time‑management skills; ability to work independently and in teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong skills in Excel and JMP preferred.
