Solution Architect - Dynamics 365

We are looking for a talented and motivated Medior / Senior Solution Architect with a strong background in Finance & Operations (FO) , ideally within retail, wholesale, production, and supply chain environments. This role involves designing and implementing scalable and efficient Dynamics 365 solutions, bridging business requirements with technical delivery.

• Design and implement end-to-end Dynamics 365 FO solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes in retail, wholesale, production, and supply chain .
• Analyse complex business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Provide guidance and support to junior consultants and functional teams during solution design and implementation.
• Participate in system configuration, customisation, integrations, and process optimisation.
• Ensure solutions adhere to best practices, architecture standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer for business users and internal teams.
• Support testing (SIT/UAT), issue resolution, and post-implementation support activities.

Requirements

5 – 10 years’ experience in a Dynamics 365 FO Solution Architect or senior functional consultant role.

Strong functional and technical understanding of Finance & Operations modules, especially in retail, wholesale, production, and supply chain .

Proven ability to design and implement solutions that meet business needs and align with enterprise architecture.

Hands-on experience with solution configuration, customisation, and integration with other systems.

Excellent Dutch proficiency (written and spoken) for stakeholder communication and workshops.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, cross-functional environment.
