As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll focus on designing and implementing 3D model conversion and checking algorithms while helping guide our transition to a modular, component-based architecture. What you’ll do

As an engineer of our SaaS platform organization, you will work on core capabilities that are critical to the performance, scalability, and quality of our product. Your focus will be on developing and optimizing complex, performance-sensitive functionality where accuracy and efficiency are key differentiators for our customers.

You will collaborate in a multidisciplinary, agile setup alongside product, engineering, and quality roles, contributing to both the technical direction and the continuous improvement of our platform.

You will: 

• Design and implement performance-sensitive core platform functionality
• Develop and optimize 3D model conversion and validation algorithms
• Contribute to the transition toward a modular, cloud-enabled architecture
• Work across desktop and cloud environments (Azure, Windows, Mac)
• Mentor and support fellow engineers while ensuring best practices are applied
• Balance new feature development with long-term technical improvements
• Keep a strong focus on security, quality, and delivered business value

What you bring

• You have 5+ years software engineering and have strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and performance.
• You have good knowledge of and experience using, Design Patterns, SOLID principles and TDD and you value an agile mindset.
• You have a proven record of working with large-scale applications.
• You can mentor and help other Engineers grow or you would like to develop these skills.
• You thrive in a highly collaborative environment where innovation and initiative is valued.
• You have a learning mindset and continually research best practices and new tooling.

Bonus points

• You have experience with software optimization and algorithms.
• Knowledge and experience in 3D technology or BIM.
• Knowledge and experience in component based development and API-first development.

Our engineering team consists of over 40 Engineers, Testers, and Product Owners, divided over six Scrum teams. Our development team is diverse and international (we have over 20 nationalities!), and our working language is English.
