As senior functional manager project management at Tata Steel...

You combine deep project knowledge with strategic thinking. You can develop complex frameworks while making them practically usable for teams in the field. You're passionate about professionalism and continuous improvement. You also have:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Project Management.
• Minimum 7 years proven experience in project management or process optimization.
• Demonstrated experience developing frameworks and methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Experience managing stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
• Analytical capability combined with practical insight into project execution.

• A monthly salary ranging from € 5.052,58 to € 9.958,58 gross per month, depending on your education and experience.
• A healthy work–life balance, with a minimum of 26 vacation days, 11.5 ADV days, and additional hours accrued through Tata Steel’s flexible working hours scheme.
• A variable profit-sharing bonus, a fixed 2% year-end bonus, and 8% holiday allowance.
• Excellent secondary employment benefits, including reimbursement of medical expenses and an expense allowance.
• 70% of your pension premium is paid by Tata Steel.

Jouw werkomgeving

You'll join Tata Steel Nederland's Owner's Team, where large, complex, multidisciplinary projects take shape and are executed. You work daily with project managers, engineers and specialists busy improving our installations, processes and ways of working.
