About the organisation

Our client is a successful real estate organization in Amsterdam and is involved in project development, construction and exploitation of real estate. The company can be described as a scale -up organization and has real estate in prime locations in the Netherlands and Spain. As a Financial Accountant at our client you will work in a dynamic, informal organization. Your location will be the Minervahaven location in Amsterdam. This is a beautiful, newly decorated location. They now manage a total of seven locations and this number is likely to grow in the coming years.

Your responsibilities

As a (Senior) Accountant at our client you will work in a nice and well-organized Finance team consisting of the CFO, Business Controller, Financial Controller and the Financial Accountant, that is, you. In this position you are responsible for the entire financial administration of all Dutch entities and you support various administrative activities of the Spanish entities. You also contribute to the monthly, quarterly and annual reports and the preparation of the annual accounts.

• Taking care of the entire financial and business administration of all Dutch entities, operational, holding and project entities
• Prepare payment proposals and ensure approvals on these proposals
• Handling rental-related questions from the tenant portal
• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports as well as supporting budget and cash flow forecasting
• Close cooperation with the CFO, Business Controller, Financial Controller and all internal departments
• Other ad hoc questions from the organization

Your offer

• Naturally, a good salary of €45,000 - €70,000 annually, depending on your education and previous work experience
• 25 vacation days and a fully paid pension
• A challenging position for 40 hours per week, 32 hours is negotiable

Your experience

• Minimum HBO working and thinking level
• 0 – 10 years of relevant work experience. You have gained experience in the field of administration and preparing various tax returns
• You are a self-starter, enjoy working in a team, but also enjoy having many responsibilities
• You are collaborative, social and enjoy really connecting with your colleagues
• Good knowledge of various systems, including Exact.
• Good command of the English and Dutch language
