Quote Handler

We are a global supplier for a maritime industry, operating mainly in Europe but providing services worldwide. Maas-Riva is a Dutch Company based in Rotterdam, specializing in the supply chain of products and equipment for the maritime sector, ship supply and provisioning, supply of technical equipment and onboard materials, international maritime logistics and procurement services for commercial vessels, offshore units and cargo ships.

For our Hoogvliet site, we are recruiting:

Quote Handler

As quote handler you are in charge of processing the quotes that we receive every day from our customers.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Processing quotes: upload to the System, fill in customer’s file or portal and send quotations to them.

• Make sure the prices are updated.

• Call or email Suppliers regarding prices, packaging, availability and brands of several articles

• Update price lists of suppliers monthly for the Purchasing Manager

• Answer emails regarding requested quotes.

• Replace unavailable products from the system to available products in the market.

• Assist/work in teams to help each other with questions

• Communication with Customers regarding quotations and orders

• making sure your dedicated Customer is processed with priority

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• HBO thinking level

• English language / Greek is a plus

• Good communication skills

• Team work

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft software and Excel

• Basic conversion skills
