Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager who wants to combine technology, leadership, and performance responsibility in a high-precision environment. In Eindhoven, at the heart of the Brainport ecosystem, you will manage complex engineering projects and play a key role in delivering innovation to global semiconductor clients.

About the role

As Project / Delivery Manager, you will take full ownership of a portfolio of high-tech projects with strong performance commitments (Quality, Cost & Delivery).

The role combines strategic oversight with operational leadership, working closely with international engineering teams and demanding clients in the semiconductor industry.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Leading and coordinating multiple technical projects in semiconductor environments
• Ensuring delivery according to QCD targets and contractual commitments
• Managing international and multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Driving planning, resource allocation, and workload estimation
• Identifying and mitigating technical and operational risks
• Acting as the key client interface and leading monthly steering committees
• Monitoring KPIs, financial performance, and project profitability
• Supporting bid preparation and technical proposals

You are structured, analytical, and confident in leading technical experts. You thrive in high-performance environments where precision and accountability are key.

To succeed in this role, you ´ll need:

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience
• At least 4 years managing performance-driven technical projects
• A Bachelor from an engineering school or holder of a Master’s degree in a technical field
• Strong stakeholder and team leadership skills
• Experience in semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, or precision engineering (strongly preferred)
• Fluent English (Dutch is a plus)
