The position

As a Product Owner Microsoft 365 at agap2 you take on the challenge within an international environment with a local focus. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects over the years based on your experience and interests. Projects within industries such as Banking Fintech Telco Retail Sports and Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

As Product Owner for M365 youll guide the evolution of Microsoft 365 set the vision shape the roadmap and ensure our teams and technologies collaborate securely and efficiently.

Youll work with our Digital Workplace teams external partners and internal stakeholders to optimize M365 Adobe and other digital tools. Your mission: ensure every digital collaboration service adds measurable value to our people and our operations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Maximize the value of our M365 collaboration products and services.
• Shape and deliver a product vision and roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
• Optimize processes (change incident problem management) with vendors and digital teams.
• Oversee cost control and vendor performance.
• Coach and guide the M365 team in agile and digital maturity.
• Act as a change champion for collaboration and digital adoption

What you bring to the position

• 3 years of experience as a Product Owner (digital transformation focus)
• 3 years of experience with Microsoft 365 platforms and services
• Demonstrable experience leading and coaching digital teams
• Agile / Scrum / SAFe (PSPO II) certified
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• HBO/WO degree in IT Business Administration or related field
• Fluent in Dutch
