Product Manager - AV

Are you passionate about driving innovation in the mental healthcare sector, as well as in prisons and police services? This is your opportunity to take on the pivotal role of Product Manager for an intuitive solution that empowers clients to regain control and self-reliance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams, and be part of a great team that's small enough to take a lot of responsibility. You work closely with development teams and guide them on product features, and in general infulence the product and drive technical innovation throughout the organization.

Some of the responsibilities include:

• Manage end-to-end product innovation and delivery;
• Define product vision and strategy;
• Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to create a product roadmap;
• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and a prioritized product backlog;
• Ensure quality, performance, and compliance of products;
• Oversee the installation phase and ensure smooth delivery to the client;
• Solve both software and hardware-related issues;
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain relevant documentation;
• Understand and align product features with business objectives and technical feasibility.
