WHAT YOU’LL LEARN

As a Group Training Coach Intern at ONE, you will gain hands-on experience in:

• Leading and assisting group training sessions
• Creating energy and engagement in a group environment
• Coaching psychology & motivational communication
• Personal training fundamentals
• Progress tracking & client management
• Training, nutrition & lifestyle protocols
• Studio operations & team collaboration
• ONE’s holistic human performance methodology

You will shadow senior coaches, assist during sessions, lead group training 1 on 4 , and progressively take ownership as your confidence grows.

This is not a “stand in the corner and observe” internship.

This is a learn-by-doing experience.

A student or beginner coach who is:

• Naturally positive and motivating
• Hungry to learn and grow
• Coachable and disciplined
• Strong in communication and connection
• Willing to receive — and apply — feedback

Minimum commitment: 3 months.

• Availability to work in Amsterdam
• Professional attitude

• Eager to learn by doing
