As NPI Excellence Manager at NTS you will lead and drive the improvement and embedding of the NTS New Product Introduction (NPI) process across our international sites. Youll be responsible for developing implementing and standardizing the NPI process (OnePCP) from quotation through to the formalized handover of Ready for Volume processes to Operations. Working closely with the CTO youll define the NPI excellence roadmap monitor portfolio KPIs reflecting customer satisfaction and financial performance and lead a community of NPI managers project managers sales and engineering leaders to achieve our strategic objectives.

• Develop implement and embed the standardized NPI process (OnePCP) across NTS sites defining improvement roadmaps to achieve standard operating levels;

• Organize monitor and act on portfolio dashboards of leading and lagging KPIs facilitating regular CTO updates on site portfolio overviews;

• Lead the NPI community of managers and stakeholders to detail implement and embed the NPI roadmap standardized processes and local improvements;

• Periodically update the NTS NPI excellence roadmap with the CTO in line with Business & Commercial strategy including annual budgets and investment planning;

• Represent and pitch NTS NPI capability at senior level in customer meetings leading or contributing where NPI Excellence is a topic.
  

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and drive transformation across an international organization;

• Extensive experience in high-tech equipment manufacturing environments including complex projects high volatility and long-term relationships;

• Senior project management commercial financial and organizational skills with the ability to operate and switch between strategic tactical and operational levels;

• Demonstrated leadership capability at different organizational levels with talent for managerial and people development;

• Fluent speaker of English (Dutch preferred) with strong communication skills and organizational sensitivity.
