Key Responsibilities

• Market & Category Expansion: Capture market feedback analyze data prepare hindsight reports and engage regions on product needs.

• Product Creation: Manage PLM system and initial product forecasts.

• Range Planning & Lifecycle Management: Develop range plans based on data market needs and trends. Manage product lifecycle (PLC) and business metrics (BM).

• Line Architecture: Create seasonal range plans and NOS; define price positioning.

• Assortment Building: Select and define channel assortments aligned with seasonal strategies.

• Milestone Management: Support documentation and sample preparation.

• Go-to-Market: Prepare milestones conduct sales analysis develop selling tools and support showroom setup.

• Team Development: Ensure key functional knowledge is maintained within the team.

Ideal Candidate

• Education: Degree or equivalent.

• Experience: 2 years in merchandising within the fashion industry.

• Skill Set: Relevant professional experience.

• Leadership: Demonstrates understanding of leadership principles.

• Interpersonal Skills: Builds productive working relationships.

• Problem Solving: Capable of solving straightforward problems.

• Fashion Interest: Actively learning and developing interest in the industry.
