Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and initiative-driven Marketing Specialist who will own organic demand creation and lead magnet deployment for LG Sonic.

In this role, you will focus on attracting high-fit B2B audiences through problem-driven content, SEO, and organic channels, while actively discouraging low-fit inbound traffic. You will strengthen LG Sonic’s online presence and website performance with a clear emphasis on lead quality, not just traffic volume.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of full-time marketing experience , understands how organic and paid channels work together, and can take ownership of demand-focused initiatives while collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and industry publications. Experience in B2B marketing and working with lead magnets is a strong advantage.

Position duties and responsibilities:

  • Own and execute SEO-driven, problem-focused content initiatives aimed at attracting high-fit B2B audiences
  • Create, optimize, and update website content to improve organic visibility, relevance, and conversion quality
  • Support the planning and execution of digital campaigns, ensuring messaging aligns with ICP targeting and intent
  • Develop and deploy lead magnets (e.g. technical documents, guides, webinars) in collaboration with the Marketing Manager
  • Ensure lead magnets are strategically embedded across the website through relevant pages, CTAs, and user journeys
  • Support collaboration with industry publications by using lead magnets as conversion tools, not just awareness assets
  • Handle organic and email campaigns with a focus on account relevance and nurture rather than volume metrics
  • Maintain and improve website performance in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
  • Contribute to content localization and multilingual updates (Spanish is a plus)
  • Monitor website, content, and lead magnet performance and support reporting with a focus on traffic quality and assisted conversions
  • Collaborate with the design team and use design tools (e.g. Canva or Adobe tools) to adapt branded visuals and support content assets
  • Contribute new ideas and propose improved tools, workflows, or optimizations to modernize marketing activities.

Qualification and requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of SEO, on-page optimization, and organic growth strategies
  • Experience creating and optimizing content for professional or technical audiences
  • Solid understanding of how lead magnets function as conversion and qualification tools
  • Experience supporting digital campaigns across multiple channels
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to take initiative and manage projects independently in a small team
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Comfortable working with WordPress, CRM systems, analytics dashboards, and marketing tools
  • Ability to work with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud) to support visual content
  • B2B marketing experience is a strong plus
  • Bonus: Spanish language skills or experience supporting localized content
