This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Amsterdam office.

What the day will look like

• Co-lead the implementation and ongoing compliance of OECD/GloBE Pillar II rules across our global structure.

• Review, coordinate, and supervise local and global compliance, including integration into Orbitax for local legislation and data requirements.

• Stay up to date with global developments and translate them into clear actions and mentorship for the group.

• Manage the Pillar II compliance team in Poland.

• Liaise with tax managers across regions and regional finance departments on legislation and filing obligations.

• Perform quarterly Pillar II calculations for SEC reporting in close coordination with the tax accounting team.

• Coordinate with advisors to ensure compliance with local legislation.

• Identify risks and opportunities for the broader team regarding Pillar II.

• Contribute to internal governance, documentation, and support audit requests (including SOX where applicable).

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in tax law, economics, or accounting.

• Demonstrated ability with complex corporate income tax returns and/or tax accounting within a Big 4 or multinational company.

• Experience with US GAAP/ASC 740 and Pillar II is a plus.

• Strong communication skills in English.

• Ability to work well with deadlines, prioritize tasks, and maintain a structured approach.
