As a maintenance engineer in Wijhe, you will work in a dynamic and innovative environment, maintaining and improving our advanced machinery. From robot arms and laser welding machines to hydraulic presses and testing cabins, your role is vital in ensuring smooth operations. With your technical expertise and problem-solving mindset, you will contribute to a reliable production process while collaborating with a team that values craftsmanship and continuous improvement.
What You Will Do:

• Performing: preventive maintenance by conducting regular inspections and identifying potential issues early on.
• Diagnosing: and resolving mechanical, electrical, and control system malfunctions to keep production running smoothly.
• Improving: maintenance and inspection plans by contributing ideas for optimization and efficiency.
• Collaborating: with colleagues and external partners on technical tasks and projects to ensure seamless execution.
• Documenting: clear and concise reports on maintenance and repairs to support knowledge sharing and process enhancements.

Wat we je bieden

• A competitive monthly salary between €4,350 and €5,550, including an 18.5% shift allowance.
• A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• A full-time role of 40 hours per week, with the flexibility to work 32 hours if preferred.

Functie-eisen

We seek a proactive technician with broad technical expertise and a problem-solving mindset.

• MBO level 3 diploma in WTB, Electrical, or Mechatronics.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with Siemens S7/TIA Portal is a plus.
• Willingness to work full-time in a two-shift schedule.
• Residing in the Zwolle, Apeldoorn, or Deventer region.
