Wat ga je doen?
As a Design Advisor, you will become part of a close-knit showroom team and support customers at every stage of their journey - from discovering customisation possibilities to configuring their ideal piece of furniture. Your goal will be to shape the customer experience so that every visit to the showroom is a source of inspiration and valuable knowledge, while strengthening the relationship with the Tylko brand.
What you'll do:
Provide professional customer service and offering personalised design advice and product recommendations
Introduce customers to the world of Tylko in an accessible and engaging way - from furniture and material customisation, through our R&D innovations, to our sustainability initiatives
Guide customers through the digital furniture configurator so they can create furniture tailored to their individual needs
Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure consistency with the Tylko brand identity
Gather customer feedback and sharing insights with HQ and R&D teams
Contribute to the store's sales and quality targets, including ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

What we're looking for:
A passion for design, furniture, and architecture, backed by studies or genuine personal interest
Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch
The ability to explain technical product details in a simple, engaging, and enthusiastic way
Openness and confidence with customers: quickly building trust, understanding needs, and giving thoughtful design advice
Comfort with digital tools such as a product configurator and CRM system
A collaborative, team-first mindset
A proactive approach and a bias for taking initiative
Enthusiasm for working with innovative products and creating exceptional customer experiences
