Junior Transport Coördinator

You’ve completed your studies and this is your first role in logistics. You ensure medical products reach their destinations on time and without errors. No two days are the same. Because you speak English well, you can switch smoothly between different suppliers across Europe. You arrange special transports, for example for hospitals and keep everything accurately up to date in our systems. You collaborate with multiple departments, steadily learning more about the end-to-end logistics process. This is a role where you and your growth are the center.

You will, among others, be responsible for:

• Coordinating all inbound shipments, including documentation, system updates, and communication.
  
• Facilitating outbound shipments across Europe, from Italy to Greece.
  
• Maintaining shipping documentation and reporting on KPIs.
  
• Organizing special transport in collaboration with the Supply and Order Management teams.
  
• Communicating with diverse stakeholders to resolve issues and remove obstacles.

You also bring:

• A completed MBO or HBO degree in Logistics or Supply Chain (or equivalent).
  
• Strong command of English and excellent communication skills.
  
• An interest in international transport processes and coordination.
