IFS Specialist - Exclusive

EMEA Recruitment is exclusively partnered with a multi-national organisation in the energy sector in their search for a Systems Support Specialist (IFS).

As Systems Support Specialist (IFS), you will play a central part in the implementation, maintenance, and ongoing optimisation of the IFS ERP/EAM environment to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operational performance.

This role offers the chance to be part of a growing technology team shaping a modern, adaptable systems environment while gaining broad exposure across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities as Systems Support Specialist (IFS):

• Provide day-to-day technical and functional support for the IFS ERP/EAM environment to ensure reliable and efficient system performance
• Monitor application performance, investigate issues, and deliver configuration or enhancement changes to optimise functionality
• Work closely with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex incidents, implement updates, and deliver system improvements
• Translate business requirements into clear specifications for new features, upgrades, and custom developments within IFS
• Maintain system documentation, manage user access and licenses, and support governance across the platform
• Support user adoption through training, guidance, and evaluation of new modules or features to enhance system capability

Experience and qualifications required:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar
• At least 2 years’ experience in both functional and technical support role of IFS across key modules (Finance, SCM, Maintenance)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of Jira or other ticketing tools
• Experience with scripting or automation tools is advantageous
• Fluent in English, French beneficial
