About the Role

The purpose of this position is to lead the Shared Service Centre (SSC) in the Netherlands and manage the HR Operations team. This role ensures customer-centric processes, procedures, and systems are implemented in line with regional policies and business needs. The Manager SSC drives HR standardization and synergies across the region and entities, improving efficiency and reducing the operational workload on transactional tasks.

How You Will Contribute

• Manage the HR lifecycle of data and employee communications within SSC scope.
• Oversee customer satisfaction processes, ensuring timely investigation, containment, and resolution of issues, with root-cause fixes implemented.
• Develop a resilient, cross-functional SSC team focused on continuous improvement and exceptional service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with governance standards and audit requirements.
• Monitor and report on business governance metrics, including SLAs and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and engage the team by promoting collaboration, setting clear goals, and supporting professional development.
• Act as an ambassador for DP World, demonstrating positive behaviors aligned with company principles, values, and culture.
• Uphold the highest standards of safety, ethics, and confidentiality in all activities.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of leadership experience.
• Background in HR Shared Service Management or similar roles.
• Experience with data processing and management in a self-service environment.
