Key Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete talent acquisition process from identifying and sourcing top candidates to conducting interviews coordinating assessments and facilitating seamless onboarding experiences.
• Craft High-Conversion Job Descriptions: Write and optimize compelling SEO-driven job postings designed to attract global talent and maximize application rates across LinkedIn and international job boards.
• Build Talent Pipelines: Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines across multiple roles and regions ensuring a continuous flow of high-quality applicants.
• Enhance Candidate Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates delivering exceptional communication and creating a positive professional experience at every touchpoint.
• Support People Operations: Contribute to HR initiatives including employee engagement performance management policy development and the cultivation of a strong organizational culture.
• Leverage AI for HR Excellence: Utilize cutting-edge AI tools to streamline recruitment processes enhance candidate screening and optimize HR workflows for maximum efficiency.
