Your role in the journey

As Housekeeping & Quality Supervisor, you’ll be the guardian of our guestroom standards . You’ll lead the Room Attendants with clarity and care, ensuring every space is pristine and every guest feels at home.

Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinating daily cleaning operations and team schedules.
• Conducting quality inspections to uphold Anantara’s high standards.
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations and hotel policies.
• Supporting cross-departmental collaboration to enhance the guest experience.
• Coaching and guiding team members to deliver consistent excellence.

What you’ll bring

• A hands-on mindset and a natural eye for detail.
• Experience in Housekeeping, preferably in a 5-star hotel environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• A flexible and proactive attitude.
• Experience working with diverse teams and cultures.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Knowledge of Thai culture will be valued.
