Your main responsibilities:

As General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of Leonardo Eindhoven City Centern.

• Lead and inspire : Motivate and guide your team to deliver exceptional service every day.
• Champion guest satisfaction : Ensure every guest feels welcome and valued, going the extra mile whenever needed.
• Operational involvement : Support your team on the floor when required, while representing the hotel externally as its ambassador.
• Strategic leadership : Define policies, oversee implementation, and ensure alignment with Leonardo Hotels' standards.
• Revenue & performance : Take full responsibility for achieving revenue and profit targets, with a strong focus on rooms and overall hotel performance.
