Fashion Product Designer

We are looking for a Fashion Product Designer with strong clothing design expertise. This role goes beyond surface-level graphics—you will design unique, commercially viable apparel pieces from concept to production, contributing directly to products that sell.

You will work closely with existing designers and graphic designers, but you are also expected to create designs and mock-ups yourself, not just hand off ideas. A strong balance of creative vision and commercial mindset is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom cut-and-sew apparel across categories such as:

• Activewear
• T-shirts
• Hoodies
• Bags (e.g. backpacks and duffle bags)

• Produce detailed tech packs, mock-ups, and design files

• Work closely with production, sourcing, and manufacturing teams

• Collaborate with graphic designers while also executing designs independently

• Ensure consistency in fit, quality, branding, and functionality

• Conduct trend, fabric, and market research with a focus on what sells

• Present concepts, mood boards, and collections to internal stakeholders

• Design with a commercial mindset, ensuring products are marketable and aligned with brand strategy

Must-Have Requirements

• Proven experience as a Fashion / Product / Clothing Designer

• Strong experience with custom apparel design (not only graphic placement)

• Ability to translate creative ideas into commercially successful products

• Strong portfolio demonstrating: Apparel design; Cut-and-sew garments; streetwear aesthetics

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)

• Solid understanding of fit, materials, construction, and functionality

• Highly collaborative, adaptable, and open to feedback

Nice to Have

• Background in activewear or performance apparel
• Experience working with fast-growing or DTC fashion brands
