Engineer E&I (Electrical & Instrumentation)

The Role

As an Engineer E&I, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving electrical and instrumentation systems within industrial projects. You’ll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and play a key role in delivering safe, efficient, and future-proof technical solutions.

In this role, you will:

• Design and engineer electrical and instrumentation installations for industrial environments
• Translate customer requirements into technical specifications and functional designs
• Select suitable components, sensors, control systems, and safety equipment
• Support project execution from concept through commissioning
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
• Collaborate with automation engineers, project managers, and field teams
• Contribute to innovative improvements in industrial processes and system reliability

This is You

We’re looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and a proactive mindset. Ideally, you have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Automation, or similar
• Minimum 3 years' experience in E&I engineering within industrial or process environments
• Knowledge of electrical design ( Eplan ), instrumentation systems, and industrial standards
• Familiarity with control systems and automation is a strong plus
• A structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across disciplines
• Fluency in English (Dutch is not a must - but you need to be willing to learn )
