You are the link that translates data into strategic decisions on a global scale. In this role, you support the Global Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) team by converting complex data into actionable insights. The primary focus is on optimizing international inventory management. You lead improvement initiatives with a strong analytical component and act as a content-based sparring partner for local leads worldwide. Your analyses form the foundation for progress in inventory modeling and tactical decision-making within an international environment. As a Data Analytics & Delivery Specialist, you ensure the provision of business analytics that support SIOP decision-making. You deliver end-to-end improvement projects and safeguard data quality within the central data hub through sharp error analysis. Your workday is diverse: one moment you perform ad-hoc analyses for management, the next you train international teams in using new planning tools or work on complex Bill of Materials (BOM) quality checks. You are responsible for inventory modeling and identifying the implications of tactical changes in the distribution network. Because collaboration and alignment with the team are essential, you will start your workday on-site in either Nieuwegein or Helmond.

To be successful in this role, you bring the following qualifications:

• A completed HBO+ degree in a relevant field.
• Extensive experience with S&OP processes and inventory management in an international environment.
• Expertise in translating complex datasets into tactical and strategic advice.
• Experience with data quality management, error analysis, and inventory modeling.
• Skills in training and supporting remote teams within a global context.

• A salary between € 4.500 and € 6.000 per month based on 40 hours; based on experience and expertise
• A fixed-term contract for 40 hours per week, with the prospect of a permanent contract.
• A monthly individual choice budget (IKB) of 10.66% of your salary that you can deploy flexibly.
