Customer Service Employee

Nordson Packaging , a global leader in precision dispensing, fluid management, and related technologies, is seeking a highly motivated and talented Customer Service Employee (French or Italian speaking) to join our team in Maastricht , the Netherlands . Summary of the role

In the role of Customer Service Employee you will be in contact with customers, inform customers about status of orders, and enter quotes, orders and other requests in SAP.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where your ideas and contributions will be valued and respected.

Role and Responsibilities

• Enter quotes and orders in SAP.
• First contact to customers.
• Inform customers about status of orders.
• Handle warranty, return and credit requests
• Handle complaints (invoices, deliveries, etc.)
• Take care of Nordson internal requests and all other incoming requests
• Proactive order follow up

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum MBO+ - degree (commercial or logistics).
• General knowledge on business and work processes (supply chain).
• Relevant experience in a customer service related environment or a business environment is highly desired.
• Fluent French or Italian language skills are required (writing and verbal)
• English language on a good level and any additional language, like Dutch for example, would be a plus.
• Computer literate (basic knowledge of MS-Office).
• SAP and Material Resource Planning (MRP) system knowledge

• embrace change and open to learn new things
• maintain a high degree of professionalism when dealing with customers and associates
• have a strong desire “to deliver on time”
