At Siemens eMobility, we’re looking for a self-driven Business Development Manager with solid experience in the eMobility sector — someone who actively identifies opportunities, drives results, and takes full ownership of their portfolio from first contact to project handover.

Your Mission

• Develop new business and expand Siemens eMobility’s market presence.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Collaborate with Product Development to create winning propositions.
• Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and manage risks.
• Lead tenders and negotiations for optimal results.
• Ensure smooth project transitions from Sales to Project Management.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development, with a proven track record of achieving results.
• In-depth experience in the eMobility charging infrastructure sector (required).
• Established network within the bus and truck industry (a strong plus).
• Self-starter with a high sense of ownership, structured approach, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Solid understanding of renewable energy policies, incentives, and business models.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; proficiency in French is an advantage.
