*THE ROLE*

As a Juicer you represent JOE & THE JUICE every day in our stores, creating great guest experiences on every shift. You are expected at all times to follow our hygiene and product quality standards and procedures, ensuring consistency and a high level of food safety.

You are expected to meet your surroundings with a positive mindset and attitude, valuing the inclusion of guests and colleagues creating strong social ties.

First and foremost your success depends on the degree to which you are able to approach every day with a positive mindset and attitude. Furthermore, you perform all tasks with dedication and high work ethic, and have a humble and honest approach in all that you do.
