Functieomschrijving
As an Assistant Team Leader – High Care, you act as the team leader's right hand. You serve as the primary point of contact for your colleagues on the shop floor. Together, you ensure a safe and efficient production process that meets all requirements.You support and motivate the team during the shift. You assign daily tasks and closely monitor progress. If the process doesn't go according to plan, you step in and resolve issues immediately. You oversee strict hygiene and food safety regulations and take over the team leader's duties when necessary. You are constantly thinking of ways to make production smarter or faster.In Venlo, you work a twoshift schedule. The early shift runs from 0630 to 1530, and the late shift from 1520 to 0020. You work weekends once or twice a month in return, you get a day off during the week to maintain a good worklife balance.

- You hold an MBO diploma or have a comparable level of education.
- You have relevant work experience in a production environment.
- You are able to coach and motivate colleagues.
- You have a good command of Dutch or English, both spoken and written.
- You are familiar with food safety and quality standards.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
In return for your efforts, you can expect the following employment conditions
- A gross monthly salary between €2,912 and €3,770, depending on your experience.
- A solid shift allowance.
- A good pension scheme.
- Reimbursement of travel expenses.
- 26 vacation days, with the option to purchase additional leave hours.
