Technology Consultant - Health and Public Service

THE WORK

As a Technology Consulting Consultant specializing in the Health & Public Sector domain, you are part of the Health & Public Service (H&PS) Industry Group, where you will assume a critical role in advising public organization and healthcare entities on how to optimize their digital operations, how to address complex challenges, to improve services to civilians, businesses, and patients. Your industry knowledge and specific expertise will be instrumental for your team and collaborating with H&PS clients to identify innovative solutions that drive positive change. You also contribute to the growth ambition of the Industry Group.

• Function: As a technology consultant you will focus on solutions for our clients, applying data-driven methods and innovative ideas, while using industry insights to analyze our clients’ strategic challenges. Resulting in solving their complex problems and help them realize their business strategy through the best use of technology solutions.
• Technology: within the Health and Public Service domain, you collaborate with all of Accenture’s Capabilities in IT transformations. This could involve technologies within Data & (Gen)AI, Security and/or Cloud, where you will have a pivotal role implementing these solutions from the design phase to support, often in collaboration with our Strategy & Consulting colleagues.
• Data: you understand the importance of data for decision making in the context of H&PS sector clients. You help our clients become better at data driven decision making by identifying measurable business value from data & analytics, by implementing the required capabilities and driving the embedding of data & analytics into their standardized processes and day to day operations.
• People : collaborate with highly motivated and engaged consultants from the H&PS industry group, all with a passion for making a positive impact on society. Our industry group consists of 80 diverse and highly motivated colleagues, and we frequently organize industry and team focused sessions to share in-depth and practical expertise.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Experience in technology consulting (or related experiences)
• Relevant experience with large scale digital and/or technology transformations
• Consulting skills: solid financial and business acumen, structured and abstract thinking, analytical and creative problem solving, project management skills and communication skills.
• Experienced in project delivery both in Waterfall as well as in Agile engagements.
• Available network and broad experience with clients within Health or Public Service clients.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

• Experience in leading teams.
• Affinity with-, and knowledge in applying AI in client work.
• Proven experience in a specific Technology like: Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, (Public) Cloud or others.
• Relevant certifications: Agile, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, ITILv4, Technology Certifications.
