We are looking for a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager with hands-on experience in the Dutch and German influencer landscape to take the lead on the coolest campaigns. This is a role with ownership, creative freedom, and the opportunity to grow alongside our agency.

What you will do

• Own client relationships and campaign outcomes: you lead strategy, make decisions, challenge briefs when needed, and take responsibility for performance.
• Run influencer campaigns from A to Z, from strategy and creator selection to execution, optimisation, and reporting.
• Scout, screen, and approach the right creators for our clients, negotiate deals, handle contracts, and onboard them for campaigns, ensuring every collaboration performs at its best.
• Translate concepts into clear plans that creators understand and execute confidently.
• Keep campaigns running smoothly, on time, on brand, and performance-driven, using data and insights to continuously optimise and improve results.
• Actively contribute ideas to scale our processes, formats, and partnerships, both in existing markets and when entering new ones.

What we are looking for

• 4+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing.
• Strategic thinker who knows how to align client goals with creator creativity.
• Skilled in fee negotiations and contract management.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, including CPM, CTR, CVR, ROAS, etc.
• Comfortable managing multiple clients and campaigns at the same time.
• Comfortable owning results and explaining performance outcomes clearly to clients, including what worked, what did not, and why.
• Trendspotter, you see opportunities on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and podcasts before they hit the mainstream.
• Problem-solver with a proactive mindset, you do not wait to be told what to do.
• Growth mindset and curiosity for new skills, strategies, and markets.
• Thrives in ambitious, fast-moving environments.
