What will your mission be, and what are the key responsibilities?

Back office duties in sales management and commercial planning. Direct support to the company's Commercial Department in direct contact with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Create sales and sourcing orders in SAP.
• Direct contact with national and international customers, providing arrival information, merchandise, and the corresponding documentation for each shipment in a timely manner.
• Making production planning
• Forecast weekly orders with the salesteam
• Contact with growers/supplier about deliveries.
• Enter the information obtained from the Sales and Planning departments, as well as the cargo warehouses, into SAP in order to correctly execute daily orders.
• Manage and control the information in Excel from the different departments and implement any changes that may be required.
• Coordinate with the Logistics department regarding information related to the cargo shipments to be made.

Requirements:
Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Agronomy, or a related field.
• Additional training in sales, international trade, or B2B customer management (preferred).
• At least two years of experience as a sales representative or sales support, preferably in strawberry sales.
• Previous experience in the fruit import-export sector and international client management is a plus.
• Knowledge of the European market and key distribution channels.
• English proficiency at C1-C2 level (mandatory).
• Dutch proficiency at B1-B2 level (preferred).
• Spanish proficiency at B1-B2 level (preferred).
• Proficiency in advanced office tools (Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
