On behalf of Cargo Care Solutions, MARPRO is currently seeking a Sales Support  employee for their Pump Division , where you will be responsible for the sale of spare parts to customers all over the world.

The job

Cargo Care Solutions is a fast-growing platform for all requirements in the field of cargo-related ship's equipment. The company is set up in different divisions, each having its own focus. All divisions provide spare parts, services and engineering related to cargo systems in the maritime industry.

The Pump Division primarily focuses on the service and parts for cargo pump systems, with a specialization in deepwell pumps , which are widely used worldwide on chemical, gas, and product carriers.

In this position, you will handle the client's needs regarding spare parts for deepwell pump systems with a 360-degree view, from the moment of inquiry to the delivery of the goods. You will be in close contact with our customers in order to identify their needs and provide correct and competitive offers. A key challenge is also to manage the purchase and logistics to make sure that our customers receive their parts on time.

We offer a proactive and intensive onboarding process. After this process, you and your colleagues are responsible for pursuing our high standards and supporting the further development of the company.

Additional responsibilities

You support our Sales Managers, translating their feedback from clients to concrete actions.

• You take care of a quick reply to any client inquiries for deepwell pump spare parts, immediately identifying the exact requirement of the customer.
• You provide the customer with a correct and competitive quotation.
• You manage the supply chain in order to ensure on-time deliveries of spare parts.
• You follow up after delivery for client feedback and continuous improvement.
• You play a vital role in developing Cargo Care Solutions’ business all over the globe.

Your qualifications

• You have relevant working experience.
• You have an MBO or HBO diploma.
• You have an affinity with (maritime) technology, particularly with (deepwell) cargo pump systems.
• You are able to communicate clearly and fluently in both English and Dutch.
• Any additional language skills are considered beneficial.
• Strong customer focus and service-minded mentality.
• Experience in the maritime business is considered beneficial.
• Experience in International Sales.
• You are reliable and responsible.
• You are result-oriented and a team player.
