Hooks Creative designs and produces premium hangers, displays, and POS materials for the fashion & retail industry. Everything a brand or retailer needs to deliver the best customer experience and communicate their story effectively.

Our in-house design team develops everything fully custom-made . Our slogan: We listen, translate and solve.

We work for brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Vans, Timberland, Versace, Lacoste, Karl Lagerfeld, Levi’s , and many more.

“The best part of this role is working with major international fashion brands and developing new products that will actually be displayed in stores. A client brings an idea, and together with our creative team, you bring it to life.

We’re a small, close-knit team . We’re not a big corporate, so there’s a lot of freedom . Think a deal can be accelerated by flying to Milan? Then you go. Two weeks later you might be walking down the Champs-Élysées after a meeting with Louis Vuitton, and the next day you’re back at NZA in Amsterdam. That variety makes this job incredibly exciting.

Of course, not everything comes easily. Some days you’re combing through LinkedIn. But imagine: a few days later you’re in Switzerland meeting with Vans, Timberland, and The North Face. And five months later you’ve closed multiple deals for stores across Europe. That’s when you know why you do it.

We already have a strong network in the Netherlands, Belgium, Scandinavia, France, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, and the US . We’re looking for someone to join us on this adventure: finding new clients, growing existing accounts, and closing deals. You’ll work independently, but never alone. We regularly brainstorm, share ideas, and have a lot of laughs. Your input is valued — as long as it works.”

What you’ll do

• Sales management: acquire new projects and clients, manage existing accounts in the Italian market.
• Identify, approach, and engage the right stakeholders.
• Prepare and conduct impactful sales meetings – by phone, online, and face-to-face.
• Act as a trusted advisor while keeping commercial goals in sight.
• Ensure smooth collaboration between clients and our internal team.
• Grow accounts: manage multiple opportunities and relationships in parallel, and persist to deliver results.

Who you are

• Passionate about sales, commerce, and account management.
• Action-oriented, energetic, and persuasive.
• Fluent in Italian and English (an additional language is a plus).
• 2–3 years’ experience in a commercial role.
• Courageous and persistent – a “no” motivates you.
• Strong advisory, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Closing a deal makes your heart skip a beat.
