Sales Engineer

Are you ready to play a key role in shaping cutting-edge solutions for our customers? As a Sales Engineer, you’ll be the vital link between our machinery sales team and the internal organization, ensuring every customer gets the best technical and commercial solution.

From the first opportunity to the final order, you’ll advise, support, and innovate—combining our existing machine portfolio with fresh ideas, new technologies, and creative combinations. You’ll lead a team of experts, including engineers and R&D specialists, to craft tailored solutions and prepare complete machine quotations. Once the order is confirmed, you’ll collaborate with sales to hand over a well-prepared project to our project management team.

This is a dynamic role where you’ll work closely with engineering, machinery sales, R&D, and customer service. You’ll support sales both from our Deurne office and at customer locations, with occasional travel (10–20%).

What you bring

•HBO-level education in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent)

•Strong technical and commercial skills

•Several years of experience in an industrial (preferably packaging) environment

•Excellent communication skills and a flexible, proactive attitude

•Customer-focused, results-driven and a strong team player

•Fluent in Dutch and English; a third language is a plus

•Living within commuting distance of Deurne
