Position Overview 

We are seeking an experienced EMEA Lead to drive a full-cycle Purchase to Pay (PTP) transformation project. This is a pivotal role where you’ll lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of end-to-end PTP processes across EMEA. You’ll partner with procurement, finance, GBS, and IT teams to deliver operational excellence, optimize ERP systems, and ensure compliance, while also managing key supplier relationships and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and improvement of an end-to-end PTP blueprint process across EMEA.

• Partner with global procurement, finance, and GBS teams to support and deliver the project successfully.

• Collaborate with IT and business units to implement and optimize ERP systems.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Develop and roll out PTP strategies and policies to standardize best practices.

• Monitor project KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring contract compliance and value delivery.

• Support audits and resolve escalated procurement and payment issues.

• Deliver effective change management and training programs to embed transformation.

• 5+ years’ experience leading large-scale, full-cycle project implementations.

• Strong background in PTP processes and supplier relationship management.

• Proven leadership in client-facing projects and team management.

• ERP and Procurement certifications (preferred but not essential).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Hands-on, practical approach to project delivery and execution.
