As a production operator, you will contribute to the creation of high-quality industrial plastic containers used worldwide. Working in a modern production environment at Mauser in Oosterhout, you’ll play an active role in ensuring smooth operations while maintaining safety and quality standards. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a team setting, and is looking for long-term stability in a 5-shift rotation system.

As a Production Operator, Your day includes:

• Assembling steel frames and pallets
• Preparing materials for production
• Checking product quality
• Monitoring production processes
• Solving small operational issues
• Keeping your work area clean and safe
• Working together with your colleagues to keep production running smoothlyNo two shifts are exactly the same, but teamwork, safety and quality are always the priority.

You don't need a specific diploma. Experience in production, logistics or manufacturing is a big plus.

You are:

• Comfortable speaking English
• Physically fit and enjoy active work
• Reliable and motivated
• Able to work in a 5-shift schedule
• In possession of your own transportation
