Production Planning Supervisor

Objective

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Planner Coordinator with supervisory responsibilities to join our this dual role position you will be responsible for planning and coordinating production schedules to meet customer demands and company goals while also supervising a team of production staff. You will ensure optimal use of resources enforce quality and safety standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Coordination:

• Develop monitor and adjust daily and weekly production schedules based on demand forecasts inventory levels and production capacity.
• Coordinate with procurement inventory control and logistics teams to ensure material availability and timely delivery of products.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks or delays and implement solutions to improve workflow.
• Maintain accurate production records KPIs and reports for internal use and management review.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production schedules with customer orders and business objectives.

Supervisory Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Provide leadership training and support to production team members to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor employee performance conduct evaluations and assist in resolving personnel issues in coordination with HR.
• Enforce health safety and environmental regulations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Participate in hiring onboarding and training of new production employees.
