What you’ll do

As Product Manager for the B2B Website, you will:

• Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for the B2B website, ensuring alignment with Eneco’s digital and sustainability strategy.
• Lead an empowered, cross-functional product team (developers, UX designer, researcher, and data analyst) in an agile setup.
• Be responsible for experience on the website to drive online acquisition, engagement and service.
• Use data and insights to prioritize features and continuously improve performance.

Is this about you?

• 2–3 years of experience in product management, preferably in digital or web environments.
• Knowledge of UX/design principles and ability to work closely with designers and researchers.
• Curiosity and hands-on experience with AI tools or applications, and content management systems in web development or digital marketing.
• A background in marketing or strong collaboration experience with marketing teams.
• Understanding of agile principles and a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
• A collaborative spirit and passion for creating outstanding digital experiences.

You’ll be responsible for

• Educate and inspire others about digital product management and innovation.
• Champion product thinking and UX best practices, ensuring the website is intuitive, accessible, and conversion-focused.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing as a key stakeholder to deliver impactful campaigns and optimize customer journeys.
• Experiment with AI-driven solutions to enhance personalization, content delivery, and user experience.

This is where you’ll work

You’ll be part of an empowered, cross-functional product management team that focuses fully on the B2B domain. Together, we design and deliver digital capabilities that make sustainable energy solutions simple and valuable for our business customers.

You’ll work closely with other Product Managers, reporting to the Group Product Manager B2B, and collaborate daily with engineers, designers, researchers, and business stakeholders. Our teams are customer-centric and data-driven, and we love to experiment, learn, and continuously improve.

What we have to offer



Gross annual salary between €80.000 and €95.000

Including FlexBudget, 8% holiday allowance, and depending on your role a bonus or collective profit sharing.

Hybrid working: home, office or abroad

Work 40% at the office, 40% from home, and 20% flexibly. With manager approval, you may work abroad (within approved countries) up to 3 weeks/year, max 2 consecutively.
