Operator Roosendaal

Do you want to work as an operator in Roosendaal and be part of a production process for wellknown personal care products? You will earn between €3.100, and €3.600, gross per month and work in a small team where communication is direct and clear. In this role, you operate filling and packaging lines, solve small technical issues and make sure every product leaves the line safely, neatly and according to the right quality standards.

Functieomschrijving

As an operator, you make sure the production line runs smoothly from start to finish. You begin your shift with a handover, check the planning and prepare the machine for the product that needs to be made. During production you monitor the process, adjust the line when needed and work closely with your colleagues to prevent downtime. In general, your tasks are

• Setting up, operating and adjusting production machines.
• Changing over the line when switching to another product or packaging.
• Checking whether materials, packaging and products are ready for production.
• Monitoring the production process and responding to deviations.
• Carrying out quality checks during filling and packaging.
• Solving small technical issues to keep the line running.
• Keeping the machines and workplace clean, safe and organised.
• Sharing important information with colleagues during the shift handover.

This position suits someone with technical insight and experience in a production environment. You do not need to know this exact product yet, but you do need to understand how machines work. You match this role if you have

• Experience as an operator, machine operator or production employee working with machines.
• Technical insight and the ability to notice when a process is not running correctly.
• Experience with setting up, adjusting or changing over machines is a strong plus.
• Willingness to work in a 2shift or 3shift schedule.
• Accurate working style and attention to quality and safety.
• Able to work well in a small team.
• Motivated attitude and willingness to learn more about the production process.
