As a bNational Account Executive at UPS Healthcare/b, you will build strong customer relationships and develop tailored solutions for companies operating within the complex healthcare supply chain. You will manage customers generating between b€2 million and €30 million in revenue/b, with significant opportunities to identify and develop new business while continuing to grow professionally./pp /ph2What You’ll Do/h2pAs a National Account Executive, you will serve as the bprimary point of contact for your customers/b. You will develop an in-depth understanding of their organizations, strategies, and business challenges, translating UPS Healthcare’s broad portfolio of services into solutions tailored to their specific needs./pbr /pYou will guide customers through our extensive portfolio, including bSmall Package, Freight Forwarding, Warehousing Distribution, and Cold Chain Ground/b. You will identify new business opportunities, develop strategies to achieve revenue targets, and work closely with Operations and Customer Solutions to further develop solutions that effectively address customer requirements./pbr /pYou will also closely monitor your customers’ strategies, financial performance, product launches, and sales pipelines. You will manage key accounts, track revenue targets, and participate in joint customer meetings to present UPS products and services./pbr /pIn addition, you will provide regular updates and conduct business reviews. Through compelling and effective presentations, you will identify new commercial opportunities and demonstrate the value and capabilities offered by UPS Healthcare. Using bKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)/b, you will analyze performance and identify opportunities to further improve our services./pbr /h2What You’ll Need/h2ulliYou are ambitious, commercially driven, and have a strong bhunter mentality/b./liliA bachelor’s degree, for example in bLogistics Supply Chain, Healthcare, or Business Economics/b, is preferred but not required./liliAt least b2 years of experience in complex sales/b, preferably within the pharmaceutical, MedTech, or laboratory sectors./lilibExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English/b.
