Your impact

In this role, you will be the technical expert supporting and improving AI (Artificial Insemination) operations across Asia. You will play a key role in optimizing semen production processes, driving quality standards, and contributing to innovation in male reproduction services.

You will work closely with both regional teams and global experts, combining fieldwork with strategic improvement initiatives.

What you’ll be doing

• Drive improvements in semen collection, processing, and efficiency across AI stations (owned, contracted, and client sites)
• Implement and monitor Topigs Norsvin AI standards across the region
• Conduct audits and translate findings into actionable improvement plans
• Support the rollout of new protocols, tools, and technical innovations
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, including key accounts
• Contribute market insights to global reproduction and fertility research
• Deliver hands-on technical support and solve complex field challenges
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve performance goals
• Support the development of training programs and technical capabilities

Your position in the organization

• Reports to the Cluster Technical Service Manager (Africa & Asia)
• Functional reporting line to the Manager Global Male Reproduction Services (GMRS)
• Part of the Global Technical Services department
• Based in Asia, with frequent travel across the region

What you bring

• MSc in Animal Science or a related field
• Solid experience in animal reproduction (swine experience is a strong plus)
• Strong knowledge of male (and preferably female) reproduction
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to influence, lead, and drive change without formal authority
• Strong stakeholder management skills across cultures and levels
• Willingness to live and work in diverse Asian environments
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
