Machine Operator glass production

As a machine operator at Scheuten Glas, you will contribute to the production of high-quality flatglass products by operating, setting and (basic) maintaining machinery/ installations. You’ll work in a dynamic environment where precision, teamwork, and adaptability are key. From managing technical setups to ensuring smooth production flows, your role will be integral to maintaining our standards of excellence. You working from Monday untill Friday in 2 shifts and maybe later in 3 shifts. 

You working in a clean and suitable temparatured workspace. 

What you do:

• Operate various processing machines/ prodctionlines, following strict procedures and specifications.
• Monitoring production quality and take proactive measures to address any deviations.
• Set up machines independently for different production runs, ensuring efficiency and precision.
• Collaborate with your team to achieve shared goals and maintain a positive work environment.

• Starting salary from €3089 per month.
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Full-time role at 38 hours per week.
• Potential annual bonus of up to €2500 gross.

We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator with technical expertise and a proactive mindset.

• MBO-level education in a technical field
• Experience with machinery operation
• Ability to set up and adjust machines independently
• Willingness to work in a 2- or maybe later 3- shiftsystem
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
