This delicate job covers everything that is required from the first assembly of the machine in the cleanroom in Veldhoven, all the way to installation, servicing and upgrading our machines at customer plants all over the world.
Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a Lead engineer you are responsible for realization of (mechanical) tools, ensuring to meet the specifications in terms of safety, reliability, stability, contamination, cost effectiveness, manufacturability and serviceability. You are working within a (multidisciplinary) projects, steering one or more designers in your team. You interface cross project with Lead Engineers, architects and system engineers.

The group Tooling Technology EUV (TTE) is part of Development & Engineering group (D&E) and is part of the Mechanical Development cluster (MDEV) within ASML. The TTE group is responsible for the specification, definition, realization and qualification of all handling and transport tools and packaging for ASML machines. You will be reporting to the Team leader.
