Your Opportunity to:

As our new International Sales Manager you are responsible for managing and expanding the sales operations for HMTX Global in France, BENELUX and UK. You will design and implement sales plans, target new accounts, develop and maintain relationships, market new products and services and participate in trade shows and events. Working closely with the other Sales Managers, Customer Service, and reporting to the VP Sales & Marketing, you'll be part of a dynamic, international Sales team.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• You will develop the sales of HTMX product portfolio and services by establishing long-term customers for both branded as OEM label solutions.
• You will ensure consistent profitable growth in both existing and new customers.
• You will maintain customer relationships and build up new customer relationships, by understanding their needs.
• You will identify objectives and execute strategies and actions plans to improve short and long-term sales and earnings.
• You will visit customers and participate in special events like trade fairs.
• You will monitor market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and prepare reports for management.

• A gross yearly salary between €72k – €95k including holiday allowance depending on your experience.

Who We’re Looking For:

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic International Sales Manager, who can adapt quickly to a changing environment. You enjoy working in an international team, who embrace challenges and constantly drive results. Furthermore, you have

• BA in Strategic Sales & Account management or similar relevant field.
• 5+ years’ of experience in an International Sales Manager role.
• Proven track record of growth delivery across multiple European Markets.
• Strong in relationship building, negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management.
• Excellent in identifying customer needs and foster genuine connections.
• High professional fluency in Dutch, English and French is a must.
• Experience in the flooring/building materials is highly desired.
• Willing to frequently travel abroad.
