As an industrial spray painter, you will contribute to the high-quality finishing of metal products in our conservation department. Your role involves preparing surfaces, applying coatings with precision, and ensuring all products meet our quality standards. Working closely with a team of 20 professionals, you’ll play an active part in maintaining our reputation for excellence while embracing opportunities for personal growth and development.

What You Will Do:

• Prepare: metal surfaces for blasting and coating processes, ensuring they are ready for treatment.
• Operate: spray painting equipment to apply coatings with accuracy and consistency.
• Inspect: finished products to ensure they meet quality and durability standards.
• Collaborate: with team members to optimize workflows and maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain: equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition for daily operations.

• Monthly salary between €3500 and €3700 gross, incl. shifts.
• A permanent contract offering long-term job stability.
• Full-time position (40 hours per week) in two shifts.

Functie-eisen

We are looking for a skilled Industrial Spray Painter who values precision, teamwork, and professional growth.

• Proven experience in industrial spray painting processes.
• Knowledge of schoopering is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in Dutch, English, or German communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system.
• MBO 3/4 education level in a relevant field.
