You’ll be working as an Industrial Painter for Earthmoving Machinery at Ligro Trading in Panheel.

Ligro Trading is a stable and informal family-owned business with over 60 years of experience in the purchase, sale, and rental of earthmoving, road construction, and hydraulic engineering equipment. From its location in Panheel, the company sells and rents machinery worldwide to customers in various sectors.

The organization employs approximately 25 people. The company is characterized by a flat organizational structure, short lines of communication, and a pleasant work atmosphere. Many employees have been with the company for years, which speaks to the level of commitment within the organization.

The Panheel location is easily accessible from Roermond, Weert, Echt, Maasbracht, Heythuysen, and other nearby towns.

What will you be doing?

Do you enjoy working with large machines and find satisfaction in a flawless finish? Then this position as an Industrial Painter for Earthmoving Machinery is the right fit for you. You’ll ensure that earthmoving machines look pristine again before they’re sold, rented, or deployed on a project. Thanks to your craftsmanship, machines leave the workshop in perfect condition.

As an Industrial Painter for Earthmoving Machinery, you’ll be responsible for the entire painting process. From preparation to finishing, you’ll ensure a high-quality end result.

Your duties will include:

• Sanding, filling, and masking earthmoving machinery;
• Preparing parts for painting;
• Applying primer, base coats, and topcoats;
• Checking color, coverage, and quality;
• Disassembling and reassembling small parts;
• Identifying any issues with the machines;
• Ensuring a safe, tidy, and clean workplace.

You will work independently but as part of a close-knit team with short lines of communication. In this role, you will have a great deal of freedom to carry out your work as you see fit.

This is a 40-hour-per-week position, though fewer hours are negotiable.

For the position of Industrial Painter for Earthmoving Machinery, you must have:

• Experience as an industrial painter, automotive painter, or in a similar role;
• Proficiency in Dutch and/or English;
• An interest in technology and machinery;
• A meticulous and independent work ethic;
• The physical fitness required to perform active work;
• Flexibility and a practical attitude;
• Your own transportation to reach the work site.

You will be hired directly by the client through our recruitment and selection process.

• A salary between €2.600,- and €3.500,- gross per month based on a 40-hour workweek, depending on your knowledge and experience;
