Housing Planner

As a Housing Planner , you are responsible for the optimal planning and management of housing locations for international labor migrants. You ensure efficient occupancy, monitor the availability of living spaces, and work closely with key departments to ensure that all housing processes run smoothly and according to the applicable guidelines.

This role combines analytical planning, operational collaboration between departments, and a direct impact on the results of the entire Facility department.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Optimal planning of housing for international labor migrants within available residential locations
• Coordinating relocations and optimizations of housing
• Checking and analyzing forecast versus available capacity of residential locations
• Monitoring the residents' stay in accordance with applicable rules and procedures
• Intensive collaboration with the Operations, Recruitment, and all sub-departments of Facility
• Supporting Facility Management in strategic decisions regarding housing contract management, optimization of occupancy and costs,
• Working in shifts (8:00 AM-5:00 PM, 11:00 AM-8:00 PM)
• Working in weekend shifts according to a set schedule
• Working in a team: responsibility for your own region, impacting the performance of the entire Housing Planning/Facility department
• Administrative tasks and processing data related to housing
• Working with the planning system Quintiq and management systems of external suppliers
• Preparing reports and analyses in Excel

Job requirements:

• Strong organizational and planning skills in a dynamic work environment
• Analytical thinking and experience working with data
• Good computer skills
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Experience with Quintiq or similar planning systems is a plus
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends
• Independence, sense of responsibility, and team-oriented attitude
• Experience in housing, facility, logistics, or operational planning is a plus
• Valid driver's license B;
• Knowledge of the English and Polish language is a big plus;
