As Global Process Development Manager R2R (Record to Report) withinFlora Food Groupyou will reportintothe GlobalProcess Owner for Record to Report processes (R2RGPO) you will be an important speaking partner to senior leaders in the company and external service providers. You take a leading role indevelopmentof global R2R processes to optimally support business steering efficiency and compliance.

• You are the right hand of theGlobalR2R GPO together youshape andmaintaintheGlobal R2Rvisionstrategyand development agenda.
• You establish strong relationships across the (Finance& IT) organisation and you are able to identify understand and prioritise the pain points in the R2R processes.
• You team up with Flora colleagues and advisors and you take a leading role in development of global R2R processes and automation yourself or through establishing and overseeing a dedicated project team.
• You play an active role in monitoring the process improvement initiatives through KPIs.
• You work closely together with the Flora IT architects advisors and the Flora Finance team (including our Shared Services team in India Regional Financial and Commercial Controllers Group Reporting Tax and Treasury).

• You bringstrong finance knowledgepreferablyyou are aqualified Auditor or Controllerwith strong knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP S/4HANA) and finance automation tools ( BI).
• You have8years of experience within relevant(financeor IT)positionsin a multinational environment. FMCG experience is a big plus.
